Omar Faruque Bhuiyan has conducted a large number of trials in the Dhaka Judge Court, including matters of theft, assault, fraud, public disorder, robbery and murder. He also has wide experience of dealing with broad range of civil and commercial work, including contractual and property litigation, insurance, professional disciplinary and liability. Omar Faruque represents banks and other financial institutions in all types of disputes, from regulatory problems to complex fraud litigation to collections and bankruptcy court representation. His recent caseload has seen him working on matters with family law and Negotiable Instrument Act.
