Advocate Jashim Uddin Sarker has a busy commercial and general litigation practice with a particular emphasis on civil, negotiable instrument, real estate, contractual and property litigation. He is highly reputed for being a commercial, insolvency and banking practitioner as well. During his early career he worked with prominent lawyers in various criminal and civil matters. He established his own law firm “Jashim Uddin Sarker & Associates” in 2001.
Advocate Sarker worked as the legal advisor of Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2005 till 2021 and has dealt with different legal matters ranging from criminal and civil litigation to settlements.
